Since beginning this project in 1998, Jeffrey Schneider and Silke von der Emde have had the opportunity to present and publish their work on the MOO as an emerging technology with the potential to transform language study and help teachers and students achieve many long-held language learning goals in a manner that could only have been dreamt of just a few years ago.
