BASIC PROBABILITY CALCULATIONS

Binomial Sampling Distribution Generator. This page will generate a graphic and numerical display of the properties of a binomial sampling distribution, for any values of p and q, and for values of n between 1 and 40, inclusive. As the page opens, you will be prompted to enter the values of n and p. Note that there is quite a lot of number-crunching going on behind the scenes with this page. Computation time increases exponentially as a function of n; so unless your computer is fairly fast, values of n greater than 20 will require a bit of patience.
Bayes Theorem: Conditional Probabilities. Using multiple applications of Bayes' theorem, this page will delineate the relationships that exist within an array of simple and conditional probabilities.
Bayes Theorem: "Adjustment of Subjective Confidence." This page will perform the calculations of Bayes' theorem for the situation where the simple and conditional probabilities are constructed as indices of subjective confidence.
